Noob from Northern California
Hey everyone! Joining the forum to get more info and motivation - trying to get back into cycling. Last time I was really into it was more than 20 years ago when I was in high school.
I gave up my Specialized Hardrock for this:
Hope this will be enough for my goal: a century ride by next spring or summer!

Thanks LeeRoy! I'm starting to wonder though if it'll be okay for a long ride...

Welcome aboard! Wow.. unless you've got some hidden problems I think with that bike a century by next spring shouldn't be a big deal! What part of North CA?
