new to biking

My question is this, I have a 1970's schwinn continental and I was wondering if I could put 700c wheels on it and if I could put on a new rear cassette to make it more than a 10 speed. Also what would be the largest tires I could put on it? Any ideas? Thanks.

welcome to Bike Forums.
I'd ask your question in the Classic & Vintage forum, lots of
knowledge about doing this kind of thing.
