    Hello From Cali!

Just saying hello. Im still deciding between a Trek DS 8.4 and 8.5 so currently i am riding my 1991 GT Avalanche. Looking forward to learning from everyone!
A little about me, I have always been active all my life, up until 2003 when I hyper-extended my knee and tore my acl. I gained over 80 lbs and was very unhealthy, getting hyper tension and other related problems. 31 weeks ago i decided to stop taking 9 pills a day and started getting fit. 65 lbs less, i am still on my goal to lose another 30 lbs and i feel biking will get me closer to that goal. Im al glad i decided to get back into riding...i loved it when i was doing it. Here are before and after of me.

So, 30 lbs more to go, a great bike for fitness, life is good so far!

Who is this General Failure anyway, and why is he reading my drive?
