What rear wheel hub can give me the longest freewheel?

I'm just a newbie on bikes and I would like to know what hub can give me the longest duration of freewheeling time.

I would also like to know how can I apply it on a 20" wheel and if there is a left hand drive available.

Thank you!

More power to!
