Wife says to lose some weight!!!!!

from Northern Ontario and my wife is buying me a bike to lose some weight.

Looking at a 29er for the crapping roads and light trails around our home.

I will be picking all your brains to help me with my purchase as this all new to me.

Thanks Dan

Howdy Dan,

Welcome to Bike Forums.

Bike riding will get you lookin and feelin good.

Loosing weight is about diet.

Start walking if you are unable to ride.

Post some pics of the new bike when you get it.
