Fixed Gear head in Old Towne Orange CA.
I guess I just wanted to say hello and see if there were any other Fixed Gear people in my area. Actually even if you are not in my area and have opinions about tech info or whatever. I'm kinda new to Fixed Gear Biking and need input on parts and Fixed Gear gear.

I live near the circle... My friend from Chicago got me super psyched about Fixed Gear bikes and I'm in the process of fixing an old Benotto 1000 i found on ebay. I don't really know where to look for parts besides online stores. No one in the area seems to stock lock rings, fixed hubs, etc.. Or maybe I just went to the wrong place.

hey Miles,
yeah... I haven;t seen a place in OC yet that specializes in fixed gear junk. I've bought all my stuff on ebay, or online at different places. I jsut used my old Centurion frame, tricked it out with a 42:16 setup, and some Nitto Albatross bars... makes a nice grocery getter/neighborhood cruising kinda bike.
Maybe I'll see ya around. I live off of Chapman and Cannon Rd. up near the OC Mining company restaurant.

Online is the best source. Be sure to ask and confirm that the part is in-stock. . .
