Flying Bike
Hi, I'm Alan and I ride a Pedego electric bike. My hobby is flying to great riding venues in the southeast using a Bonanza private aircraft. This plane has a large enough baggage area to include the above bike once the front wheel has been removed. I have found paved trails in Fl, Al, Ga, and Nc. Does anyone else do the same?

Welcome to Bike Forums Alan.
Two hobbies in one, neat.
I stay on the ground.

I have landed several times at Scoles Airport, stayed at Moody Gardens, and ridden the waterfront embankment. Also, explored the downtown area. Once, I even slept in the plane as parked on the ramp (couldn't get a room). You live in a beautiful place.

That is one ridiculously awesome double hobby you have there. I would harbor a guess that you are likely the only person on here to do so. Do you go out with a plan or do you just go flying and spot good paths? I had an old boss with a Beechcraft and an old Piper Scout, and flying and maintaining those was like xanax to him. Definitely a hobby I think I would love if I could ever afford it. Welcome.
