Cali Calling
Hello everyone,
I am from SoCal - born and raised - and of course had an automobile as soon as I was 16... In fact automobiles became somewhat of a hobby of mine.
I moved up to NorCal for higher education and was amazed how much learning I did outside the classrooms. I truly feel like with a few months of training I can begin to rely completely on a road bike for commutes, exercise, transport and leisure.
Obviously this is a radical change and I am not even at step one - getting a bike! I have tried many bikes so far and in general I tend to like Specialized and Cannondale. My price range would be under $2,000 and I would prefer to purchase a "new" bike.
So far choices are:
-Cannondale Supersix 5 105
-Cannondale Synapse Carbon 6 Apex
-Cannondale Caad 10 5 105
A little help with pros and cons? Also any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thx.

Hey guys, just wanted to post about some cyclists attitude issues... NorCal culture was so laid back and happy. In SoCal cyclists do not care to wave back or acknowledge other riders... There is a big step down from a sense of cylcing community.
