hi ya from Uckfield!!
Hi my name is Helen,I turn 40 on this coming weds, and I am a keen time trial rider. I am not too shabby recording 24:17 for a 10 and 1:04 for a 25. :-)
Not bad considering that i have to do ALL my training on a turbo inside!!!
Please can someone tell me how to make a totally new thread? I think I need some advice regarding my totally manic training, from which I seem to now be suffering from.

Hello Helen, wow do you use those sufferfest DVDs or similar for your turbo training? I think that you click on the 'post new thread' in the top left. Have a great birthday!
