Hello All From Northwest Nebraska

Hi all... Been off my bike for a few years and haven't done much riding of late, but decided to get back in the saddle and get going with something I've always enjoyed doing. I'm in my mid 50's and I'm going to get back in shape. Thought I'd start out with some short 10 mile (round trip) treks on the bike trail between Crawford, NE and Ft. Robinson. Haven't rode that trail in a few years and it'll be nice to get back out there.

Welcome to Bike Forums. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello. Lots of "older" riders here. I'm 67.

Thanks for the welcome. I've been over to the 50+ forum and also to the classic/vintage forum. I rescured (what I believe to be) a 1978 Coast King from the dump yesterday. Posted a picture of it over there.
