Figured I'd post up to say "yo" from New Jersey. Just getting into cycling as a means to lose weight and work on my cardio. I'm not a runner...seems boring to me and the knees don't like it. After reading the weight loss thread in the Clydesdale section, I'm even more motivated. Got the diet changed, kicked the coke habit...er...soda habit, and have already dropped about 18 lbs. since the end of June. Hoping the cycling will continue the downward trend.
I probably won't be posting much (if at all) for a while. I'm more of a reader and researcher. However, I do reserve the right to ask a question that I cannot find the answer to after a reasonable search of the forums.
