Greetings from Texas
Hi everyone,
My name is Cody. I'm from San Antonio Texas USA. As of today I'm 17. I do a lot of competitive running on my free time but have wanted to mix up my physical activities lately with some biking. Since I recently got a job, I can finely fund hobbies I've been wanting to do for sometime, biking being one of them. I currently have a Diamondback Outlook Trail Xc I got a couple of years ago. I've only really used it for riding around my neighborhood every once in a while. I would like to start mtb or bmx. I doubt the bike I own is great for either of those activities considering I got it at a department store for relatively cheap. I would appreciate some feedback on whether or not I could use it some beginner mtb. Can't wait to do some biking. This forum looks like a great place to start!

Welcome to Bike Forums! That bike is fine to get into mountain biking. BMX requires its own type of bike.
