New to the forum. Been riding for 4 years. 64cm Specialized Secteur

Started riding to lose weight after a significant weight gain from prostate cancer treatment. I'm a 68 year old Clydesdale that ended up at 262 in 2008. I am now down to 206. I'm 6'4" with a 37" inseam. Looking to upgrade the aluminum Secteur that seems to fit rather well to a carbon bike but my choices are limited. I bought the Secteur last October and have almost 4,000 miles on it.

I have read in some posts here about getting a longer crank arm for a gain in speed. I ride with a Saturday B nice group that pushes me to the limit at an average of 18+ mph for 37 miles. My Secteur has a 175mm crank arm and some of the charts that I read say that I should have a 205mm. According to the owner of High Sierra bikes (sells crank arms) I shouldn't get any longer than a 195mm for the Secteur. Anyone know of any 64cm bikes with a higher BB that could take a longer crank arm? Thanks.

Thanks 10 Wheels,
That was very helpful. I keep coming back to the idea that my Secteur is a really good bike for me. My wife and take our Social Security checks for October every year and combine them and then split them and spend that money on ourselves (I'm still working). I was going to use the money for a new bike again but maybe it's time for a computer......?
