Hello from Rhode Island
After at least 2 years of coming upon this forum repeatedly when doing any search for good cycling information, I figured it was time to join. Made the leap from a very occasional bike path peddler to clipped in road biker on solo and club bides. Quit smoking, dialed in the nutrition and said goodbye to 53 pounds and counting. Gym, proper diet & cycling. Unbeatable combination. Learned a lot here!
