New to the forum and new to the sport
First off my name is Rusty Scott. I live in eastern Kentucky. I am a level one crossfit instructor looking for a new sport to try. One rule of crossfit is to try new sports. Some guys at the box ( thats crossfit slang for gym in case you don't know) and my work decided to start mountain biking. The only off road biking I've ever done was as a kid just plying around. I really haven't been on a bike since. I have a cheap bike from target that is actually my sons bike. I'm planning on upgrading so you can imagine I have a lot of questions. Hope to hear from you guys and get some good info regarding buying a bike, upgrades, riding and so on. Thanks and any advice is appreciated.
