Hello all. Have been a bike rider all of my life, sometimes more serious than others. Trying to ride regularly for fitness and at 6'3" and 290 I think I'm definitely a Clyde. Fitness and strength is fine when I'm riding flat's but hill's absolutely kill me. Living in the city can also mean challenges in finding places to ride that are interesting and safe (and don't have too many hills!).
