I've been looking for an active forum with a good amount of info and it seems I have found it here.
A little about my self. One reason I am getting into the bicycling thing is for health issues. Had a heart attack in March and for months the only thing I was able to do was walk. Doc says I can start riding a bike so I went out and got me a Trek 1.5 about a month ago. I have a few 10 mile rides under my belt now and am looking to slowly extend that however, my legs aren't what they used to be. Hills are kicking my butt and we have a lot of them here. It is nice to get out there and just go cruising for an hour.
