A returning cyclist
Hey fellow cyclists
I am from Denver Colorado. I am attempting a return to cycling after a few years off. I have been a cyclist my entire life but took up running and have been running marathons and half marathons the last few years. I am back in the saddle with plans to ride when I can during the winter and hitting it back up in the spring. I found this forum as a way to get my biking motivation going. I ride a Canondale CAAD 8 and Trek 4800. I look forward to upcoming posts. See you on the road and trails!

Welcome to Bike Forums! Ther are a lot of us here that are coming back to bikes. For me almost 50yr. since I rode.Man can I ever tell it!!

Welcome back! I lived in Littleton and did a bit of running in the 80's I think your knees will appreciate the bikes. Its all good if it s good sweat!

Daspyder. My knees, shins, Achilles will all appreciate it.
i just need to find a work out routine on the bike that matches the fitness level that i received from running. I will research the other threads.
