Howdy CAAD folks

I upgraded from a Trek 7.5 to a CAAD8 last spring. After about two years of looking at 3k to 4k carbon bikes, I was at my LBD and saw the black and white CAAD. Afgter one quick test ride I loved it. Tried a CAAD10 also but I thought the 8 has a smoother ride. Either one was in my price range, but I think the CAAD8 was a great value. I have run 2 duathalons with it, done two century rides and racked up more than 1200 miles in about 6 months. Absolutely recommend this bike in this price range. I am planning on a set of carbon wheels in spring, but I will be riding this bike all winter, yeah I live just about 1 hour south west of Buffalo NY. My son told me about this forum, he rides an off brand, (Cervelo), what can I say, you raise them the best you can but in the end you can't control them.
