    The new guy!

Hi my name is David, I recently got into cycling because of travel expenses. I don't have a road bike yet so i'm still looking around (deciding to go with either a new or used), and I live in great rainy Seattle!

    Hey David,

    Welcome to Bike Forums.

    Have fun buying.

New or used get one that fits good.

Guessing fenders would be best for your area.

Hi David, good to have you at BF with us, welcome. As 10 Wheels said make the bike one that fits properly, new or used find a good Local Bike Shop (LBS in BF speak) and make sure they will work for you not try to sell you what they want to make money off of that week. Best of luck, visit the Northwest Regional Forum to find others in your area, too.
