Hi John, welcome to BF, you should post your picture and a description in the Classic and Vintage Forum. The members there can help you out with an identification, they will ask for some more pictures of the bottom bracket, the crank up close, the fork and front drops and the rear drops/frame. If you have a serial number post it, the order and digits/letters will help them identify the bike faster. That is a very nice looking bike, if it is a real Pinnie that is a nice score, the pantographing on the stem is unique and will help identify things. Best of luck.
