Hi!Im new from New Mexico

I usually keep to myself and am a lone rider. But the more I ride the more I love the feelings that I sometimes feel only another rider will understand just how profound they are during and after a lengthy ride.Ive been riding for about 25 years and usually average about 120 mi per week.On the odd days I run between 8to 10 miles.I love both sports equally as the seem to enhance each other.Im by no means an expert in either and Im now here to learn and share from other cyclists such as yourselves.IM GLAD TO BE HERE!

Hello Sam on a Fuji in Albuquerque, welcome to BF. I can't run any longer but you and I share the same feelings about cycling. Riding has helped me overcome severe health issues and to lose 50 lbs to date. Glad to have you at BF with us, surf the forums and find the ones that best suit your needs.
