Road Bike Identification help.
I'm hoping to identify an 80's road bike i've recently purchased.
The frame is steel with Gipiemme lugs, (drop outs are stamped Gipiemme). Im not sure if the tubing is Columbus or Reynolds.
There is a serial number at the rear of the seat stay (EC 0733). The bottom bracket cable holder is "Vitus". There are no other identifiable land marks other than three top cable runners, two drink bottle bracket holder points and a nipple to hold a pump (i suspect).
The components are Campagnolo throughout. Brake leavers and skeleton brakes are Campy record, i suspect. The stamp on the crank is (170 11 9/16 x 20F. with a square box around the 11) and i have no idea what tis means?
Please any clues?
