Biker from Texas, obviously..
I just got into biking seriously a couple of years ago, and I bought a Trek 4100. I like it plenty, but I'm just now considering getting into a serious road bike since I rarely leave the pavement, and looking for suggestions (see my other thread: Opinions on Monoc frames? ).
I generally used it for a bit of cardio, as I freakin' hate running, but now I'm getting a bit more into biking as I realize I really need an expensive hobby to waste all my money on.
As for me personally, I live in the DFW Metroplex, and am a college student majoring in criminal justice at UTA.
welocome obvious biker from Texas, hope you enjoy reading & Posting notes here. Alittle wing mirror helps when you first start on the road, it gives you confidence as you can see instead of hearing what comming up from behind.
Which is always nice for the jerks who never give you notice they're passing
Howdy back at you Gangrel. From a cyclist in your neighboring state of New Mexico. Hope you enjoy the board, and hope it helps increase your enjoyment of cycliing.
full of surprises
Welcome from another Texan.
