Retired and found a new life riding

I am in my seventies and didn't start riding until I retired almost seven years ago. When in Florida I do 150-200 miles a week. While in New England my miles are far less. Yet I have a few century rides under my belt that were done in New England. Cardio is fine, gluts suck! I love my foil 40. Only issue with it is the front vibrates a bit when I hit forty (down hill of course)
