Hello there I'm new here ride a commuter bike;swobo Folsom single speed and a fixed gear; mercier. Use to ride a eight inch with some really expensive parts but got jumped so now I'm rebuilding and getting off the couch. Lost fifty pounds thanks to diet and running but picked up the bike to maintain weight. I bike 20 to 24 miles a day on the fixed gear five days a week. Those are tracked miles also you can find me on endomondo. I also like weight lifting not crazy one it but like to stay active.
