Heavy weight in second year of cycling.

Hello everyone! Started my second cycling season this spring, after a long lapse from last fall because of some nasty weather here in upstate NY. 6"3" and around 265 I'm trying to get down to a reasonble weight of around 220 or so. I've fallen in love with cycling, wishing that I had taken this up much sooner, I was always afraid of that "skinny little saddle". But after riding for a short time I found I got used to it very quick. Once I really started enjoying riding my father talked me in to getting a new bike and picked up a Scott CR1 Pro. 58" full carbon with Ultegra components. L O V E this bike! Trying to get out between 2 - 4 times a week. Last year I logged 1800 miles and especially enjoy riding in the fall.
