I could see myself getting very into this road biking!
So I'm a virtual noob to the world of cycling apart from some serious mountain biking in my teens. Bought an ancient Falcon phantom road bike a couple of months ago and after riding it around for awhile I decided this was a hobby worth investing in (also this old bike had one working brake and old gear shifters that had seen better days) so purchased a Merida Race Lite 900. I chose this model as half of the reason I am into cycling is to do triathlon and the other half is to get around so it seemed like the perfect entry level race-style road bike to allow me to do both and so far I'm absolutely loving it - just waiting for these achy legs to adjust to the amount of work they have to now do these days! Its a pleasure to become part of this forum
