Hello from Centeral California
Bikes have always been the most fascinating machines ever made, to me. I ride a Trek mountain bike and an older Centurion road bike with some upgrades. Living here in the Central Valley of Cal. we have a lot of heat and wind, few bike trails and the ones we do have tend to have a sticker we call goat heads. We go through a lot of patches and tubes. I ride regularly and my wife rides to work everyday. We are a hour and half drive to the coast and about the same driving time to the mountains, where the trails are ample and the air is fresh.
Or is it???
Ever try tire liners such as mr tuffy? I heard they help against these things.
Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay!
Welcome to the forum man, I am also in the CenCal area and ride a recently purchased Centurion LeMans. You ever hit up China Peak during the summer time?
