Evening from Muskegon, MI

Been lurking here for a while and have already got a lot of information. About 3 weeks ago decided to get the old Schwinn World out of the shed, clean and lube it and start commuting to work. Great way to lose some weight and save on gas. Forgot just what a blast it is. So far it's been working great. Now if I go anywhere, I first see if I can use the bike. Been just to work and back mostly, got out today for about 20 mile Muskegon LakeShore Bike Trail. Very nice. Hoping to upgrade sometime next year. Really getting interested in touring. Many great places in the area to start off riding to. I have also started using STRAVA. Nice tool to have. Hoping to get even more information as time goes on and contribute what I can. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! Older Schwinns are quite popular in the Classic & Vintage forum; you might want to pop in and check it out.

Thanks. I've been checking out the Classic and Vintage forum. Love seeing old bikes going strong. Getting some useful info for a winter project.
