Introduction to BikeForums

I am really excited to be a part of Bike Forums and although I have used it before for advice I have never been involved before. I have been riding on the road for 4 years now and have learned a LOT that I wish I had known earlier. I didn't take the leap into racing until my 4th year but would have loved it earlier if I had. I really would like to try and share all that I have learned about cycling nutrition on this forum and I hope to learn bunches more.

Good luck on your new journey.

I love riding and put in about 80-100 miles a week on average for the most part but when it comes to racing I feel like that requires a lot of training and I don't want to push myself that hard so I commend you for doing that.
