Need to rise handlebar stem from brand new Sirrus Elite
I do get neck pain after long rides. After my first 25 mi. the pain was really bad. If possible, any particular brand / mdel that can fit and go high enough In order not to ride in a bent over position ? THANKS.

Welcome aboard 
As you purchased the bike new (or is it "new to you"?), take it back to the LBS and inquire about swapping out the stem.

Welcome to BF and definitely do a consult with a good LBS. They should be able to develop helpful suggestions for you.
