Greetings - working on getting my riding lungs and legs back
After 6 years out of the saddle for various reasons and excuses, I'm happy to say I'm back. I dusted off my old custom S-Works mountain bike for a flat-land ride just to feel my legs spinning again and to see how my gears, chain, and brakes perform. So far, all is well. I replaced the tubes, made minor adjustments. Good news for me. I live just North of San Francisco where mountain biking started and where road biking appears to be king these days.
I've decided to get a road bike in the next month and have already been pouring through the forums for information. Lots of good stuff covering everything from clothing to bike reviews. I'm happy to have found this site and look forward to contributing where I can.
Even if you are transitioning to road riding, I'm sure the folks in the Mountain Bike forum wouldn't mind seeing a pic (or four) of your custom rig- http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...gs-version-3-0
