Welcome to BF and welcome back to cycling! If the hills right along the coast are prohibitive when you’re riding at an entry level, the bike trails in the Australian Capital Territory and Stromlo Forest Park near Canberra might be more hospitable. It’s a bit of a car ride from where you are but if the terrain makes for more enjoyable cycling, it might be worth the trouble once every week or so. Good luck with it!

Welcome, and I hope you got one with lots of gears............ which one did you get?

The longer you ride, the younger you will get. At least you will feel better.

It's never too late to get back on the saddle! That's why they say, "you never forget how to ride a bike".

Welcome! Please feel free to take a look around!
