New member introduction
I am new here although I have run across this forum a number of times in the past and have found some of the posts informative and entertaining.
I have a question to ask about a very unique bike I ran across but felt it was only polite to first introduce myself in the proper forum before proceeding with my question.
I have been a mountain biker for a number of years now. I mostly ride trails in the rain forest of the Olympic peninsula in Washington state.
Old man riding - slow but steady with Both wheels on the ground.
No air! Well not on purpose anyway!
Just the same if I dont come back bloody or muddy (preferably both) I dont feel it was much of a ride.
I also take my dogs out on there daily walk running beside my bike on the leash and sometimes pulling me.
Anyhow thank you and hello everyone
Welcome to BF! Now I am curious about the unique bike.
Endangered Serotta Rider
It is a late 50s early 60s JC Higgins 3 speed with National park service Department of the interior logos on it that I believe was owned or used by the national park service
