Couldn't Think of Any Punny Titles... Hope a Hello Will Do!

Hi, everyone! I'm a student currently studying in New York, and I love biking despite my rather inopportune location. It is one of the primary ways I get around the city and also a recreational activity for me and for my friends. I've been riding a 2007 Specialized Hardrock since I bought it in 2008, but I'm currently building a slimmer, speedier bike both out of necessity and out of curiosity. I very much like the idea that by the end of this project I'll have a vehicle.
I can't wait to speak to all of you, and I hope you won't be too annoyed by my inevitably endless stream of otherwise obvious questions.

Until then,
- Max.

Hey Max! Welcome to bikeforums!

Excellent choice choosing a bike for transportation! It really helps fight those student loans when you don't have a car/ parking and its needsto have to deal with on a constant basis.
