New here, not to bikes
Hello from Corpus Christi, Texas.
I have always liked to ride bikes around the block or across town.
My last eBay purchase was a Scott SUB50 (single speed for the simplicity) to commute to work (12 miles one way).
While deployed to Kuwait I had a Trek 3700 aluminum frame and discs brakes which was my POV (personal owned vehicle).
I also own a 1965 Schwinn Twinn and a 1983 Schwinn Cruiser.
The local groups are fast road bike riders, too fast for me.
While at Houston and San Antonio I rode with Rusty Riders and/or Slow and Low San Antonio (SALSA) respectively.
If you are in the area and would like to get together for a ride, send me a PM.

Welcome to BF. Nice stable of bikes. Enjoy the biking. Corpus Christi Cycling Club may have some bicyclists for your style of riding.
