Hello from the US's left (and better) coast!

Well, as as I sit here procrastinating on my homework, I figured I would finally do something with this account :D

My name is Garrin. I am from central Cali. Right now I am in Fresno going to school but will had back to the central coast to work to pay down my student loans and decide what kind of grad school I want to go to.

Current I have an alloy Cannondale Synapse. As much as I love it, I believe it will be for sale soon because I am looking at a carbon version, a caad10, or a Specialized E5 Allez.

I am also looking into some cx bikes to have as a commuter/bad weather bike. I am fancying the brushed/raw aluminum framed ones :D

I also have a Schwinn Le Tour that I enjoy riding.

All the answers to everything Google come from here, so I'm glad to finally use this account. t

Thanks for the awesome forum! :D

Welcome to the Forum. I'm from the other coast, the first coast, so they call it here in Jacksonville, Florida, what with Ponce De Leon discovering the nation's oldest city and all.

I just sold a 1982 Schwinn Super LeTour. The guy that bought it said he'd be using it to take a road trip to Texas, 800 miles one-way. He told me it'd take him 2 weeks to make the round trip. His job is a pedicab driver, so maybe he can do it, he's got the legs for it. Maybe you could meet him in Texas? You could call it the Coast-to-Coast LeTour to Letour Tour.

I left the left coast 5 years ago, Portland Oregon. I miss the BIG things, huge ocean waves, giant trees, mountains, LOTS of rain, but beautiful.

Enjoy, but above all, find ways to post picures of your bikes here. We live on the photos.

The Schwinn is in need of some tlc, but its a blast to ride. It makes my Cannondale feel like a feather weight :p

Your LeTour looks a lot better than the one I sold! Well, they're good steel. I like the road feel of the old steelies.

Hey Garrin! Welcome to bikeforums from a couple hours south on the 5. :)

The CAAD10 is a great bike BTW; an instant classic. You definitely get your moneys worth with one.
