Welcome to the forums. I am very interested to know how you like cycling around Lucca. I'll be going to italy on March and renting a bike for a week. However, I'll be down near the amalfi coast so I am sure things are a bit different.

Streets in Italy are very narrow and it is difficult riding. Yesterday I was in a peloton of 60 riders and we did our trip of the Sunday but...there are too many cars on the streets!
Amalfi Coast is about 600 km far from me. I have been there 15 years ago and I ensure it's fantastic!
