I am a fairly new rider. I have been riding on and off for about a year now and am looking to step up and just make it on. I am looking to steadily improve my fitness, with a goal of doing a few races next year. So I am here to glean the masses of the information that the experienced forum users can provide to make my experience a good on.
I am retired military and working again, so my time riding is limited and of course thanks to the weather, I am relegated to the trainer. I am ready for a little structure. Thanks for having me
