Hello from Guam, USA
I've been lurking for a while now and decided to take the plunge and join.
I'm a long time rider, spent much of my youth biking the trails of Marin County with my family. My wife's family owned a bicycle store in Japan for quite a while, so she's a rider as well. We took a break for a few years due to moving a bit (I'm in the Navy) but are getting back into riding with a vengeance.
Currently have the wife's Novara Metro all rebuilt with new components for her to ride around (child seat for our daughter as well), while I'm riding a Specialized S-Works E5 (I think a 2006 model; I bought it used).
My current obsession is with getting back in riding shape and getting myself a folder/mini velo to take on deployments. I really missed having a bike this last time and won't let that happen again.
Hope to contribute a small fraction of what I've gleaned from here already.
