Saludos from Tucson

I've been working as a bike mechanic for about 2 years now and I know how fix and adjust about 90% of the bikes that pop into the shop, but now I'm interested in learning not just how to fix stuff, but how everything really works, the science of bikes, the nitty-gritty explanations for how each component does its job. I'm hoping that there are some experienced mechanics on this forum who are also good teachers and can really help me break it down. Thanks!
