Newbie from the Valley
 

Hello - newbie here. I'm up in Canada in the Upper Ottawa Valley.
Although my handle is SamLowry, I'm actually a woman. I probably should have gone with Jill Layton, or Ida Lowry, but I like Sam better.
I'm in my 40s and have gotten back on my bike to help me lose weight. I have three bikes: Eclipse road bike, Jamis mountain bike, and my Whooptie Bike (city basket bike).
My partner in crime is on this site and suggested I logon for insight and inspiration. Also, he's tired of me asking him questions he can't answer.
