New to cycling, changed my life
I started cycling 4 months ago when I found out I had type 2 diabetes. Now... I put in 206 miles last week and over 1000 total miles since I started. I have a few miles but am new to technical info and bike basics. Im riding a Fugi cross altiar thats a few years old that was lent to me by an amazing individual who is an accomplished cyclist who took interest in my health and mission. He has been a big mentor and inspiration for me. I look forward to meeting you all!!!

T2 here also, I don't ride as much as I should but I do when I can. It's the best exercise for me...
