Long time reader, first post from SE Wisconsin
Hi everyone, my name's Kevin. I've lived around the Milwaukee area all my life. I served 5 years in the army, where I decided to go into exercise science / fitness training. I've been doing crossfit for 7 years, coaching as a level 1 crossfit trainer for 3+, and have been mountain biking on and off for almost 15 years. Currently I live a bit west of Milwaukee and primarily ride John Muir, Emma Carlin, and once in a while Crystal Ridge / The Rock in Franklin, WI.
My rides:
2002-ish Schwinn Mesa disc (retired)
80s manta road bike (commuting and recreational/fitness road riding on hardball trails)
2006 Gary Fisher Marlin (kid sometimes uses this one, other times I take it out to keep the wheels rolling)
2012 Trek Mamba 29er (my main ride)
My dogs:
Lady (4 1/2 year old boxer pit mix, black and white)
Hugo (2 year old pit / ??? mix, brownish red)
My rides:
