Hi, brand new to the forum as I am planning on starting to bike much more regularly. I have a mountain bike right now but I am selling it as I don't really ride on rugged trails and I've realized the weight and comfort of the bike are what have prevented me from riding more. So I plan on buying a fitness bike within the next month so I can really start to get out there more often. I don't get to exercise nearly enough, and loathe gyms and running. I'm at an age now where team sports just take too much of a toll on my body, and I've always enjoyed riding so I'm hoping it becomes a real positive habit for me moving forward.
