Hello from Massachusetts!
Hi…I've been riding for about 8 years. I started riding the 18 mile roundtrip to a very miserable job about 8 years ago. It ended up totally turning my job around. The whole day ended up being about the ride. I was so excited to hop on my bike to get there, and hop on my bike to leave. Anyway, I've done some beautiful rides since, up to 60-80 mile rides. There's nothing like being out on a bike all day on an adventure. I like feeling utterly spent at the end of the day. However, this summer I want to do a cross-USA ride, and I realize I might need to take it easier each day. I'm hoping to learn from others' posts …. I'm not much of a bike techie. This is one challenge I will face doing a solo cross-USA ride. Hoping for the best of luck...
