Just an introduction to see how this works. Weekly ride tomorrow, Saturday. We usually do 35 to 45 miiles with a breakfast in the center. Don't really like carrying those pancakes back home. Seems like every little village around here is at the bottoom of a long hill. I like riding with the younger athletes--I need them to push me. Also am finding that a once or twice a week 'spinning class' has helped a lot--especially early season. Built new bike last year, end of season--it's beautiful--won't sit still! This is the year I intend to ride in some events; century, crit, charity ride--we'll see. Looking forward to all the good information here on the forum.
