Monday:

AM Pushups and Abs + Focus area (eg. kicks one week, weapons the next),
30 min bicycle ride to work
work 9 hours at desk job in front of a computer
15 min bicycle ride to trainingPM Martial Arts Class - savate (90 min)
30 min bicycle ride to work


Tuesday:
----------

REST
work 9 hours at desk job in front of a computer
REST


Wednesday:
------------


AM Weights,
work 9 hours at desk job in front of a computer
PM Savate Class (90 Min)

Thursday:
----------

AM: Pushups and situps
PM: Yoga/Stretch


Friday:
--------

AM: Weights
work 9 hours at desk job in front of a computer
PM Capoeira

Saturday:
----------
AM: 45 min ride, Savate Class, 45 min ride

PM - Martial Arts Overall training by myself


Sunday:
--------
AM: 90 min ride, Savate Private training (2-4 hours), 90 min ride

ALOT

You are hella active, thats awesome. Try to get alot of fruits and veggies for all the antioxidants you'll need to keep your body in top shape. Green Teas and other friendly caffeine to keep you going. Good protein thats easiy digestible like eggs and soy. Throw in some good forms of fish too. You'll probably need alot of carbs, so on top of that eat alot of unrefined carbs... stone ground whole wheat, brown rice, etc. This is just some basics... sounds like you got a cool lifestyle.
