Portland, OR-Bike Contest at Greener Homes and Gardens
Come to Greener Homes and Gardens at the Portland Expo Center, May 17th-18th, 2008. Check out alternative transportation options at our Ride and Drive-in Theater, attend our Seed Swap and Starter Plant Market, see Habitat of Humanity's 1st LEED Certified Home, inquire at the Eco-Info booth to answer all your home improvement questions, and enter our Creative and Custom Bike Competition.
Call for Entries – Creative & Custom Bike Competition
Enter to win hundreds of dollars in cash and prizes. Handmade, altered and modified bikes are welcome.
Cycle & Style: The Creative and Custom Bike Competition celebrates the artistically and sustainably innovative individuals of the Pacific Northwest. Bikes will be on display in the front lobby of the Portland Expo Center during the Greener Homes and Garden Expo on May 17th-18th, 2008.
Two grand prize winners will be selected by the public during the Greener Homes and Garden Expo: One for the most artistic and another for the most sustainably innovative. Additional runner-up prizes may be awarded.
How to Enter: This is a juried competition. Entrants must submit a completed application form along with the entry fee by May 1, 2008 to the Redirect Guide. Please visit https://www.GreenerHomesandGardens.com/bike.htm for details.
